Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Read our policy on returns and refunds below.

1. Return Window

You have exactly 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for physical products purchased on our platform. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and strictly in its original packaging.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items are strictly exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as organic farm products (vegetables, fruits, dairy), intimate apparel, and health/personal care items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Additionally, customized or tailored products cannot be returned.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return is received by our partner and thoroughly inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. For orders paid via UPI or Card, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days. For COD orders, a bank transfer will be initiated.

4. Advance Payment (50%)

For high-value or customized items requiring a 50% advance payment, the advance payment is fully refundable only if you cancel the order before it transitions to the "Packed" or "Shipped" status. Order cancellations requested after shipment has commenced will forfeit the advance payment to cover logistics and partner overheads.
